This study aims to determine the prevalence of specific antibodies (IgG) for the vaccine-preventable diseases for which the vaccines are included in the Portuguese National Vaccination Programme (PNV):
- Bordetella pertussis
- Corynebacterium diphteriae
- Clostridium tetani
- Haemophilus influenzae tipo b
- Hepatitis A virus
- Hepatitis B virus (HBsAg, anti-HBs, anti-HBc)
- Mumps virus
- Poliovirus – type 1
- Poliovirus – type 3
- Rubella virus
- Measles virus
For sexually transmitted infections will be performed the detection of Chlamydia trachomatis nucleic acid in urine and the prevalence of specific IgG antibodies for the following agents:
- Treponema pallidum
- Hepatitis C virus
- HIV
